After being teased for months with events, slick videos, and the first crop of reviews, the world (well, the world who lives close to an Apple Store, anyway) can finally try on the Apple Watch. Leah Yamshon and Caitlin McGarry join us this week to dish about what it’s like to have $17,000 of wrist candy strapped to your arm, and whether they felt like they had to prove they could even afford the Apple Watch Edition to try it on. (Spoiler: Nope.)</p><p>
The new MacBook has one big thing in common with the Apple Watch: You can’t buy it at an Apple Store, or at least Susie and Glenn weren’t able to on its supposed launch day. Online orders placed right away on April 10 are starting to arrive at customer’s homes today (April 15), but we think that Apple should have warned us to expect online ordering only.
