employee poaching lawsuit filed by battery maker A123 Systems against Apple may soon come to a close. Following
reports of a possible settlement in March, the two companies are currently working out an agreement to settle the suit, with the final details all that are left to be hammered out, according to a recent court filing.<!--break--></p> <p>From

<p>A123 said in a filing Monday in U.S. District Court in Boston that the two sides "have reached an agreement, signed a term sheet, and are in the process of drafting a final settlement agreement." Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, and Apple and A123 representatives declined to comment Wednesday.</p>
<p>Several battery experts and chemists from A123, which develops batteries for an assortment of vehicles, left the company to go work at Apple, reportedly as part of their rumored
