Just like with every new jailbreak release, Saurik disables purchases in Cydia until the jailbreak has been deemed stable. Today, Saurik re-enabled purchases in Cydia for jailbreak tweaks and apps compatible with iOS 9.3.3. This means that any package that has been updated for iOS 9.3.3 can now be enabled for sale by Cydia developers.
