Ultimate. However, these specific Spirits aren't obtainable in the game quite yet—you'll need to wait until December 14 before they can be unlocked.
To get them for free, all you need is to have save data from either Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu or Pokémon Let's Go Eevee on your Nintendo Switch. The spirit that you get depends on which version of the game you have, but you can get them both if you own both games, respectively.
