Apple Asks South Korea’s FTC to End Dispute over Competition Law with an out of Court Settlement

Apple was accused by South Korean mobile carriers for using their dominant position. The company had put forth three conditions for selling iPhones and this didn’t bode well with the mobile carriers. Now Apple has requested South Korea’s antitrust regulator to adopt a consent decree.
