Customers Who Gave their Apple Product for Repairs Can’t Get it Back Until Stores Reopens

Last week, Apple announced that it was closing all its stores outside of China due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the company’s stores were open for two more days after that as store employees tried to contact every customer whose devices were left for repairs in a bid to return them.
