German court rules Apple infringed OpenTV streaming patents

A German court has ruled against Apple in a video streaming patent case with OpenTV. “The claim is predominantly valid and well-founded,” the court said, before stating Apple cannot sell products that make use of the infringing streaming software in Germany.
