If you thought that the iPhone 5 won’t be a hit as it looked like a longer and thinner version of the iPhone 4S then you will be surprised by these numbers. A new report from Strategy Analytics says that Apple’s iPhone 5 was the best selling smartphone in Q4 2012. It has comfortably overtaken Samsung’s Galaxy S3, which had unseated iPhone 4S in Q2 2012 to take the best selling smartphone crown.
