Apple submitted a filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today that not only gives us the breakdown of earnings for the tech giant's top executives, but also announces that board member Millard Drexler will be retiring after the company's annual shareholder meeting on March 10.</p> <!--break--> <p>A successor has not yet been determined following Drexler's retirement. From the filing:</p>
<p>On January 16, 2015, Millard "Mickey" Drexler, 70, who has served on the Board since 1999, notified the Board of his intention to retire at the end of his current term, which will expire at the Annual Meeting. The Board has not yet nominated an individual to fill the vacancy that will be created by Mr. Drexler's departure from the Board.</p>
<p>Drexler's retirement marks the second departure of an Apple board member in the last year, after Bill Campbell
left in July 2014.</p> <p>Additionally, Apple detailed the earnings of its top executives in the filing. At the top of the list is Apple CEO
Tim Cook, who brought in a total of $9.2 million between his $1.7 million salary and additional compensation. Among the other executives listed are Eddy Cue and Jeff Williams who brought in $24 million each, along with Angela Ahrendts who managed to earn a whopping $73 million between her salary and other compensation. Finally, Peter Oppenheimer is listed as earning $4.5 million, along with Luca Maestri who picked up $14 million.</p> <p>Lastly, Apple notes that it managed to generate a staggering $182.8 billion in sales over the course of 2014.</p> <p>Source:
