How to move or delete apps on iPhone 6s without triggering 3D Touch Quick Actions

With the introduction of new features such as Home screen Quick Actions using 3D Touch, we’re hearing that some iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus users are having trouble putting the app icons on the Home screen in wiggle mode to move or delete them. They end up triggering Home screen Quick actions because of 3D Touch.
