Dr. Dre will reportedly star in Apple's first original TV seriesFollowing recent reports that Apple was looking to create original TV content for iTunes, the company is said to be producing its first original show. Known as Vital Signs, the show reportedly stars Beats co-founder and Apple executive Dr. Dre in a six-part, semi-autobiographical series. From The Hollywood Reporter: Those who have seen descriptions of the Dr. Dre show say it is billed as semi-autobiographical, with each episode focusing on a different emotion and how Dre's character deals with it. Sources say that Sam Rockwell and Mo McCrae (Murder in the First) are among the additional cast. The series is said to be quite dark, featuring adult content. Episodes will reportedly be about 30 minutes in length, and Apple apparently plans to release all episodes at the same time. It's not yet clear at this time how Apple would distribute the series, though The Hollywood Reporter believes that it could be released through Apple Music.
