iOS 8 now installed on 68% of devices

Versions of Apple's latest major release now stand at 68% of total iOS installations as of Jan. 5, 2015. iOS 7 (http://www.imore.com/ios-7) now stands at 29%, with iOS 6 and earlier holding a total of 4% of installs.</p> <!--break--> <p><a href='http://www.imore.com/ios-8-now-installed-68-devices' title="iOS 8 now installed on 68% of devices"><img src='http://www.imore.com/sites/imore.com/files/styles/medium/public/field/image/2015/01/iOS-usage-numbers-screen.jpg?itok=UJzD6Edt' />[/url]</p> <p>It seems that iOS 7 is most affected by iOS 8's continued growth, with iOS 6 and earlier remaining steady.
