Apple released Final Cut Pro 10.2 (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/final-cut-pro/id424389933?mt=12) and updates to companion aps Motion and Compressor on Monday with easy-to-use tools for 3D effects in title creation, faster video editing, and packing movies for sale in the iTunes Store.</p><p> The updates are available today in the Mac App Store as free updates for existing users, or $300 for Final Cut Pro 10.2, and $50 each for Motion 5.2 and Compressor 4.2.</p><p> The major Final Cut Pro upgrade includes 3D titles, better masking tools for effects and color grading, GPU-accelerated RED RAW processing (even dual GPU support for Mac Pros), and adds support for video formats like Panasonic AVC-Ultra and Sony XAVC-S.
