         UK based Olson Applications today announces 5 Minute Fat Loss 1.0, its new health and fitness application for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. 5 Minute Fat Loss was specifically designed to help users lose weight and get into shape using 5 minute daily exercise routines. It consists of over 200 simple exercise routines that can be completed in a home environment. A timer function means users exercise and rest for the correct length of time to ensure each workout is as short as possible.
