Apple Watch’s S1 chip uses Samsung’s 28-nanometer process

Now that the Apple Watch is on the wrist of a lot of people out there, a teardown was always part of the plan. As such, iFixit managed to do the deed, and even ABI Research managed to dig into the Apple Watch’s S1 chip to see the goods.
