Sure, we had Seasons (http://www.macworld.com/article/1156403/angrybirdsseasons.html) and Rio (http://www.macworld.com/article/1158825/angrybirdsrio.html) pretty quickly after the original game (http://www.macworld.com/article/1145732/angrybirds.html), plus Space (http://www.techhive.com/article/1166178/angry_birds_space_for_iphone_and_ipad.html) and Star Wars (http://www.macworld.com/article/2014324/review-the-only-thing-new-about-angry-birds-star-wars-is-the-lightsaber.html)—and most of those have been updated semi-regularly with additional levels over time. No doubt, Rovio has been pretty generous with those earlier premium entries.
