iPad mini 4 teardown reveals 2GB RAM, smaller battery, and a slimmer FaceTime camera

At its ‘Hey Siri’ event earlier this month, Apple unveiled the iPad mini 4 with updated internals and a shell that was similar to the iPad Air 2. The company did not reveal any details about the changes made to the tablet though, and only mentioned it in passing during the event.
