Apple stops signing iOS 9.2 firmware, so you can no longer downgrade from iOS 9.2.1

Apple has stopped signing iOS 9.2, more than two weeks after releasing iOS 9.2.1. This means that users won’t be able to downgrade from iOS 9.2.1 to iOS 9.2, and will get Error 3194 informing you “This device isn’t eligible for the requested build”.
