Tinder Social alarms users by showing Facebook friends

Turns out some people like to keep their private life...private.</p><p>
So when Tinder—the dating app that lets users “swipe right” to find matches, often for quick flings—announced this week that it was testing a new feature that let users see each other’s Facebook friends, the backlash (https://twitter.com/nicwkelly/status/725269369991745536?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) set in quickly.</p><p>
Tinder just as quickly told users how to to disable (http://blog.gotinder.com/introducing-tinder-social/) the new “Tinder Social” features, but company officials sounded defensive when making the announcement.</p><p>
