How to Use an Animated GIF as Wallpaper on Your Mac

I use GIFs so often people are convinced that I have a stockpile of GIFs on my phone and computer. Both of which are true. Now, you will be hard pressed to find a person that completely hates animated GIFs, which is why they would make for perfect computer desktop backgrounds.
