Take the Entire Screenshot of an App’s Interface with BigShotJb [Jailbreak Tweak]

When you take a screenshot on your iPhone, it will only include the portion of the screen that is visible. In case you want to take longer screenshots, the only workaround is to take a couple of screenshots and stitch them together or make use of third-party apps that are available in the App Store. This can be a little time consuming which is why a new jailbreak tweak has been released to solve the problem.
