CNBC: EC ruling against Apple in Irish tax arrangement, recommending $1.1B in back taxes be paid

<p>CNBC reports (http://www.cnbc.com/2016/08/29/european-commission-to-rule-against-irelands-tax-arrangement-with-apple-source.html) that the European Commission investigating Apple’s tax arrangement (https://9to5mac.com/2014/09/30/apple-ireland-tax/) with Ireland is ruling against the Cupertino company and recommending that Apple pay over $1.1 billion in back taxes.</p>
