Title: Feature Request: Apple Watch Activity rest days, tolerance levels, and an honor system Post by: HCK on October 08, 2016, 04:05:20 pm Feature Request: Apple Watch Activity rest days, tolerance levels, and an honor system
<div class="feat-image">(https://9to5mac.files.wordpress.com/2016/10/activity.jpg?quality=82&strip=all&strip=all&w=1600&h=1000)</div> <p>Really good fitness and health tracking is easily my number one reason (https://9to5mac.com/2016/06/01/apple-watch-fitness-health-tracker/) for wearing my Apple Watch everyday (and upgrading to Series 2 (https://9to5mac.com/2016/09/19/apple-watch-series-2-review/)), and I really appreciate the new Activity Sharing features (https://9to5mac.com/2016/09/22/activity-sharing-social-ios-10-apple-watch/) in watchOS 3 and iOS 10. Filling Activity rings and keeping a streak going is really effective motivation for me.</p> <p>But breaking a streak or not quite filling an Activity ring can be equally uninspiring. It’s tempting to want to give up or take it less seriously, especially if you almost had it or the stream was broken by error. That happened to me this week, which prompted me to think about three things I’d love to see Apple’s Activity app gain: rest days, tolerance levels, and an honor system.</p> <p> <a href="https://9to5mac.com/2016/10/06/feature-request-apple-watch-activity-rest-days-tolerance-honor-system/#more-449243" class="more-link">more…</p> Filed under: <a href='https://9to5mac.com/category/apple/'>Apple <a rel="nofollow" href="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/gocomments/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/"><img alt="" border="0" src="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/comments/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/" /> <a rel="nofollow" href="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/godelicious/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/"><img alt="" border="0" src="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/delicious/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/" /> <a rel="nofollow" href="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/gofacebook/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/"><img alt="" border="0" src="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/facebook/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/" /> <a rel="nofollow" href="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/gotwitter/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/"><img alt="" border="0" src="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/twitter/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/" /> <a rel="nofollow" href="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/gostumble/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/"><img alt="" border="0" src="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/stumble/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/" /> <a rel="nofollow" href="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/godigg/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/"><img alt="" border="0" src="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/digg/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/" /> <a rel="nofollow" href="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/goreddit/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/"><img alt="" border="0" src="http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/reddit/9to5mac.wordpress.com/449243/" /> <img alt="" border="0" src="https://pixel.wp.com/b.gif?host=9to5mac.com&blog=22754319&post=449243&subd=9to5mac&ref=&feed=1" width="1" height="1" /><img alt="" border="0" src="https://pixel.wp.com/b.gif?host=9to5mac.com&blog=22754319&post=449243&subd=9to5mac&ref=&feed=1" width="1" height="1" /><div class="feedflare"> <img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/9To5Mac-MacAllDay?i=eD8rWgvqW0M:2oIxA3PDa1Y:D7DqB2pKExk" border="0"></img> (http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/9To5Mac-MacAllDay?a=eD8rWgvqW0M:2oIxA3PDa1Y:D7DqB2pKExk) </div><img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/9To5Mac-MacAllDay/~4/eD8rWgvqW0M" height="1" width="1" alt=""/> Source: Feature Request: Apple Watch Activity rest days, tolerance levels, and an honor system (http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/9To5Mac-MacAllDay/~3/eD8rWgvqW0M/) |
