While the Yalu jailbreak for iOS 10 – iOS 10.2 has been out for quite some time, users have been unable to purchase any tweaks from Cydia. This is usually the case with a new jailbreak. Purchases are disabled to prevent users from buying incompatible packages that could create issues.
