Pokémon Go updates: What's new and what's next!

Pokémon Go has provided and update on known bugs and issues, as well as some information on when fixes can be expected.

Pokémon Go launched in the summer of 2016 and has been updated regularly ever since. From Buddies to bonus streaks, we've been getting major new features roughly every three months and a lot of smaller updates and tweaks in between. So, what does 2017 hold for Pokémon Go? We've already gotten Gen 2, Raid Battles, the new Gyms, and the first Legendary Pokémon. That leaves Player vs. Player (PvP) and possibly Gen 3 coming up next!

September 8, 2017: Raid Boss Eggs are back!

Pokémon Go Raid Battles originally launched with a Raid Boss Egg that would count down for two hours, hatch, and then be ready to battle for an hour. Following Pokémon Go Fest Chicago, the Raid Boss Eggs were removed and Raid Bosses would simply show up, ready to fight for two hours.
