Apple Stops Signing iOS 12.1.1 and iOS 12.1.2; Downgrading from iOS 12.1.3 No Longer Possible

Two weeks after releasing iOS 12.1.3, Apple has stopped signing iOS 12.1.1 and iOS 12.1.2. This means that it is no longer possible for one to downgrade their iPhone back to iOS 12.1.1 – iOS 12.1.2 from iOS 12.1.3 if one has not saved the necessary SHSH blobs.
