iFixit: 2019 MacBook Pro butterfly keyboard includes new membrane covers and tweaked dome switch

<p>Apple surprised everyone with the announcement (https://9to5mac.com/2019/05/21/apple-announces-more-powerful-8-core-macbook-pro-with-updated-butterfly-keyboard-design/) of the 2019 MacBook Pro (https://amzn.to/2M8FNtl) generation earlier this week, featuring updated Intel processors and what Apple called ‘new materials’ for a revised third-generation keyboard.</p>
<p>It will take time before we know for sure if Apple’s fourth attempt at a modern laptop keyboard will be reliable but at least today we get a better understanding about what’s new this time around as iFixit has just completed their teardown (https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/MacBook+Pro+15-Inch+Touch+Bar+2019+Teardown/123653).</p>
