Apple’s rumored over-ear headphones might have swappable earpads, touch controls

<p>While it’s been reported for a while the Apple has pair of noise-canceling over-ear headphones in the works (https://www.macworld.com/article/3537448/apple-kill-beats.html) for release sometime in 2020, we haven’t gotten much in the way of details beyond a generic glyph found in leaked iOS 14 code. But <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-04-16/apple-developing-high-end-headphones-with-interchangeable-parts" rel="nofollow">a new Bloomberg report[/url] sheds some light on what Apple’s new headphones might look like.</p><p>Mark Gurman and Debby Wu report that Apple’s over-ear headphones will come in two models and feature components including ear pads and headband padding “that can be swapped in and out” via a magnetic modular system that “will allow users to customize their headphones as they do with the Apple Watch.”</p><p class="jumpTag"><a href="/article/3538531/apple-s-rumored-over-ear-headphones-might-have-swappable-earpads-touch-controls.html#jump">To read this article in full, please click here[/url]</p></section></article>
