Gartner: iPhone shipments fell 8.2% in Q1 amid industry slowdown caused by COVID-19

<p>New data from Gartner (https://www.gartner.com/en/newsroom/press-releases/2020-06-01-gartner-says-global-smartphone-sales-declined-20--in-) today sheds light on the smartphone industry in the first quarter of 2020. According to the new report, global smartphone sales declined by 20.2% during the quarter, with Apple’s iPhone shipments falling by an estimated 8.2%.</p>
