Twitter rolls out improved profile searching on iPhone

"We have discovered earlier that a Search @Username's Tweets button is appearing on the latest (stable) version of the iPhone app."

New Twitter profile searching is rolling out to iPhones.
It lets users look through a profile for tweets using a new search icon and tool.


Twitter is rolling out expanded searching on profiles to all iPhone users on the latest version of its app.

According to XDA Developers:


  Twitter is always testing and launching new features across different platforms. While the company is working on expanding the downvote button to the web, it seems like other changes are rolling out on iOS. We have discovered earlier that a Search @Username's Tweets button is appearing on the latest (stable) version of the iPhone app.


As noted, a new button in the top right-hand corner of a user's profile now features a search icon. Tapping on it lets you search through the tweets of a specific user, including your own.
