(https://images.macrumors.com/article-new/2022/12/belkin-camera-mount-desktops.jpg) Priced at $40, the Belkin iPhone (https://www.macrumors.com/guide/iphone/) Mount for Mac Desktops joins Belkin's existing Continuity Camera mount (https://www.macrumors.com/2022/11/11/belkin-magsafe-continuity-camera-mount/) that's available for Mac notebooks like the MacBook Pro and the MacBook Air (https://www.macrumors.com/roundup/macbook-air/). The mount is designed to attach to the top of an ‌iMac‌ or external display, and then a compatible MagSafe (https://www.macrumors.com/guide/magsafe-battery-pack/) ‌iPhone‌ can be placed on the ‌MagSafe‌ mount. When attached to a Mac through the mount, the ‌iPhone‌ can be used as a webcam for FaceTime (https://www.macrumors.com/guide/facetime/) and other video apps.
