Amidst the fast-paced conference environment at the Game Developers Conference Thursday, developer and publisher Nexon Mobile announced that it plans to release an equally swift-moving title in the iOS App Store. KartRider Rush (a mobile derivative of the popular Korean racing game, KartRider) will be available this month.
