Google Ventures partner sees shift in mobile apps market
      
         


 Speaking at the VentureBeat conference in San Francisco this week, Google Ventures partner Rich Miner said he used to tell mobile app makers funded by his company to start out by developing for the iOS platform rather than Google's Android.
