Another beta of iOS 6.1 has dropped today, and it's available to all developers in the iOS Dev Center. Not only is there a new beta for iOS, but there is a pre-release version of Apple TV software available as well. So far the most notable changes appear to be a new "Reset Advertising Identifier" button to change Ad tracking IDs, and reports of a nicer "first run" experience in Passbook.
