iOS 7.0.1 available in iTunes, OTA for iPhone 5s and 5c

<p>Given that the newest Apple devices are starting to appear in eager hands Down Under (http://www.tuaw.com/2013/09/19/iphone-5c-5s-teardown-by-australian-repair-shop/) and elsewhere around the globe, should we be surprised that they get a software update? Nope. iOS 7.0.1 (http://www.tuaw.com/2013/09/18/ios-7-0-1-will-be-ready-for-iphone-5s-iphone-5c-on-friday/), a bug fix/patch exclusively for the iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s, is now available in iTunes and for over-the-air download.</p>
