<p>FORTUNE -- The last time we looked at the site of Apple's (AAPL) new campus headquarters, bulldozers were still knocking down the Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) buildings that used to occupy the site.</p>
<p>Three months later, excavation has progressed to the point where the shape and dimensions of the main building have begun to emerge. (Click for more photos.)</p>
