My love letter to shopping app Spring (http://shopspring.com/) has been a long time coming—really, ever since its launch in August. The usual tech news outlets—TechCrunch (http://techcrunch.com/2014/08/14/spring-david-tischs-latest-venture-is-instagram-for-shopping/), Wired (http://www.wired.com/2014/08/spring/), and Re/code, (http://recode.net/2014/07/09/the-tisch-brothers-raise-7-5-million-to-build-a-shopping-mall-on-your-phone/) to name a few—applauded Spring, but Vogue (http://www.vogue.com/972293/spring-app-changes-mobile-shopping/), Elle (http://www.elle.com/news/shop/spring-shopping-app), and Fashionista (http://fashionista.com/2014/09/spring-shopping-app-review) have also sung its praises. It’s rare that an app can catch the attention of two big major markets right at launch, but Spring isn’t an ordinary app.

To read this article in full or to leave a comment, please click here[/url]
