T-Mobile complies with FCC’s demands to show subscribers true speed tests results even on throttled plans

This week saw T-Mobile add 14 additional music streaming services to its Music Freedom initiative, but it also saw the FCC pressure T-Mobile into changing the way it handles speed tests, too.
