Apple’s CarPlay set to return in Honda’s 2017 Accord next week

<p>Honda was noticeably slow to the CarPlay scene despite being committed (http://9to5mac.com/2014/03/03/apple-rebrands-ios-in-the-car-as-carplay-compatible-vehicles-launching-later-this-year/) from day one to support Apple’s infotainment feature in 2014. The automaker eventually (http://9to5mac.com/2015/07/23/carplay-honda-support/) delivered with CarPlay in the 2016 Accord and Civic, and 2017 Ridgeline, and today Honda announced (http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/2017-honda-accord-arrives-in-showrooms-with-new-sport-special-edition-300289817.html) CarPlay will be returning in the 2017 Accord, one of the most popular cars on the road. Honda’s new Accord is hitting showroom floors on Monday and will start at $22,355.</p>
