<img src="(http://assets.ilounge.com/images/uploads/updates.jpg)" /> Developer Jeff Johnson has noticed several apps in the App Store showing what he calls “phantom updates,” with the App Store showing them as updated even though no changes had been made by the developers themselves for a year or more.
