Title: Good video card for new system, can you run SLI on Hackintosh?

I'm looking to build a new hackintosh.  I found a site that seems to have a pretty good system, but I question the video card choice.

Evga GeForce 9500 GT 1G It's a $69 card and I would like to Game and HD video editing. I doubt a $69 card is very good.

If I remember correctly SLI is where you bridge 2 of the same cards side by side, can you do this with this card and would this be compatable with Mac OS?

Would there be a big advantage to doubling up this vid card or would another card be better?
