Title: P5W DH Deluxe
Post by: tomacsh on June 19, 2008, 09:48:16 pm
Hi All,

I see where most articles about building hackintosh mention the ASUS P5W DH Deluxe logicboard. Are there any other logicboards that have been used and tested that will allow similar build. this logicboard seems to be hard to get now.

thanks

Hi one of the best (I also use it):

Intel Desktop Board D975XBX2 - one year ago round about 160 Euro - but GREAT
... only AudioPatch needed
... all 8 SATA works fine
... CPU Q6600 with all 4 Cores
... LAN with 1 GBit/s
... FireWire (FW400)

http://www.intel.com/products/desktop/motherboards/D975XBX2/D975XBX2-overview.htm

worked with  10.5.1 Kalyway with iATKOS v2 and v3 ans with Leo4all - up to 10.5.3 (and so on? ! )
