Title: P5N32-SLI Premium - HELP With installation please...
Post by: whitemonster on September 10, 2008, 12:49:03 am
My Motherboard: ASUS P5N32-SLI Premium/WiFi-AP LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
My CPU: Intel Dual Core 1.86Ghz

Right now I run vista on 2 80GB SATA II Hard Drives configured as Raid 0 (Stripping)

I Can do without Vista so I want to configure my Hackintosh with Raid 0

Question One: Can I install Leopard on a raid?
Question Two: If I can Not, can I install it on 1 SATA drive?
Question Three: Which is a better version for my Motherboard? Kalyway, Leo4All, TOH, aitkos, etc...

My Problem right now: I've tried with Aitkos v4 and I believe Kalyway

When i boot with (-s) i get the error "Waiting for root device" over and over, also if I don't use the command boot, I get the normal apple screen as if it's loading but then a little image box with an X comes out (almost like an image with a bad URL) Just stays frozen at the apple loading screen (i've left it there for an hour and nothing).

How can I get this to work??

I know my Aitkos DVD works because I installed it on my wife's Gateway MX 6960 Laptop this morning perfectly (lan and wifi don't work, but it installed none the less).

look, download iDeneb hackintosh, 10.5.4 or 10.5.5 what u want, there are support for SATA, there are option for RAID, make 2 partitions, select 1 for mac os, and other for RAID and rdy, and for me the best versino is iDeneb 10.5.5
