Samsung’s plea to lift the ban on sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 handed over by a California court has been rejected, making things even worse for an already troubled Samsung. A week ago, US District judge Lucy Koh granted Apple’s request to halt sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 based on the infringement of a design related patent. Just days later, the same court issued a ruling barring the sales of the Galaxy Nexus in the US.
