Apple tells developers they can start submitting 64-bit apps for iOS
      


         
         
      
Apple is encouraging developers to start writing their apps with the 64-bit architecture of the iPhone 5s in mind. The Cupertino company has posted a notice in the developers portal telling developers they can start submitting 64-bit apps. This notice has been pulled, which suggests it was posted a few days early.
