Why it’s about to get tougher for Apple to grow iPhone sales in China

A Chinese state agency told the country's three main carriers they're spending too much on phone subsidies. Now the largest of these, China Mobile, is reducing its budget for subsidies by $2 billion, which could steer customers to lower-priced handsets.<p>
