Rite Aid disables support for Apple Pay

It looks like retailer Rite Aide has disabled support for Apple Pay on its NFC enabled Point-of-Sale systems.
Many iPhone 6 and 6 Plus have been reporting over the last 24 hours that Rite Aide’s PoS system have started denying their payments via Apple Pay, which was initially working without any issues.
