Eddy Cue says Apple has to ‘fight for the truth’ in eBook litigation

In 2013, Apple was found guilty of fixing eBook prices through its online store. Facing up to $840 million in potential damages, the final amount was eventually whittled down to $450 million, which recently earned final court approval after Apple appealed the decision in early 2014.
