A limited selection of Apple's iCloud services are experiencing a disruption, according to Apple. At the moment, the issues appear to affect both account sign-in and creation, as well as the web apps on iCloud.com.
From Apple:
Multiple iCloud Services - Some users are affected. Users may be unable to sign in or create accounts.
All other iCloud services, such as iCloud Drive and iOS device backups, appear to be in working order at the moment. Apple is working to fix the issue, which they say started around 1:30 p.m. ET.
