Victory over Samsung on historic anniversary for Apple
It was Steve Jobs that vowed to go "thermonuclear" on Android for infringing on Apple's patents. He stepped down from the company he founded a year ago today, so Apple's huge win in court over Samsung on that anniversary is infused with even more meaning for Apple.
